Option 1

Central Distribution

Send us your script and scans. We handle everything.

The simplest entry point into 3D printed orthotics. No hardware, no software, no training. Submit a prescription and scan, and Propel3D designs, prints and dispatches finished custom orthotics to your door within one working day.

  • Submit. Prescription form plus a 3D scan from iPhone, iPad or foot scanner.
  • Design. Our clinical team designs to your specification in our design software.
  • Print. Produced at our central facility the same day.
  • Dispatch. Sent within one working day, direct to your clinic.

Best for: first time or lower volume clinics wanting a premium product without infrastructure.

Option 2

In Clinic Managed Service

We install the printers. You submit scripts. We do the rest.

We install two printers in your clinic at no upfront cost. Your team submits prescriptions, we design remotely and send the print file straight to your printers. Produced in your facility, in front of your patient, same day.

  • Submit. Same familiar prescription form as Option 1.
  • Design. Propel3D designs remotely and sends the file to your printer.
  • Print. Your team loads filament and collects the finished orthotic.
  • Deliver. Present it to your patient in clinic. No wait, no lab.

Best for: growing clinics that want in house production without design overhead.

Option 3

Full In House Solution

You design. You print. Complete clinical autonomy.

The complete production suite. Two belt printers for soft TPU foam delivering an EVA style orthotic, and two additional units for firmer TPU materials at faster turnaround. Your team designs every orthotic using our design software, with full training and ongoing support.

  • Onboard. All four printers installed, with full design software training.
  • Design. Your team designs to your clinical parameters and patient scans.
  • Print. Belt printers for soft EVA style orthotics, faster units for firmer TPU.
  • Deliver. Same day production, entirely within your facility.

Best for: high volume clinics ready for full autonomy over design and materials.
